Monday night (Aug. 19) may have been chilly outside but there were flames on the toteboard as driver Kayne Kauffman went back-to-back at 17-1 and 24-1. respectively. The longshots caused a Pick-5 carryover of $5,172 which will roll over to the mid-week special on Wednesday (Aug. 21).
Running Aces forced to cancel races 8-12 on Sunday
Due to an equine emergency in the paddock after race seven on Sunday night’s (Aug. 18) program at Running Aces which caused a long delay, races 8-12 had to be canceled as Lasix times began to expire for the remaining races.
