Saratoga Springs, NY — Come Get The Cash has enjoyed plenty of success in her limited time at Saratoga Casino Hotel over the last few seasons, and on Tuesday afternoon (Aug. 18) she ground out a 1:55.3 victory in the featured $8,500 Fillies and Mares Open at the Spa.

Billy Dobson picked up the catch drive behind the 5-year-old Western Terror mare, and the gutsy grinder toughed out a first-over victory. Long shot Surreal Feeling (Jimmy DeVaux) road the pocket before rallying to finish second over pacesetter Bontz N (Shawn Gray).

Come Get The Cash, who has now won four straight for owner-trainer Brandy Wine, paid $12.80 to win.

Billy Dobson piloted four winners and three second-place finishers on the card.

With no Wednesday evening card this week, live harness racing at Saratoga will resume next Monday afternoon (Aug. 24) with first post time set for 12 noon.
