Dover, DE — The Delaware Harness Racing Commission (DHRC) is accepting applications from Associate Judges accredited through either the University of Arizona or the University of Louisville.

The DHRC, in keeping with its own rules and regulations in addition to the 2005 State budget mandate, is interested in receiving applications for employment from both Delaware residents and eligible national candidates, in the event of vacancies caused by departures of one or both Associate Judges.

Mr. Gallagher’s duties as both Administrator of Racing for DHRC and as an Adjunct Professor for the University of Louisville’s Stewards and Judges Accreditation provide the impetus for establishing and maintaining full compliance with the DHRC rules and regulations and related issues, as well as national accreditation issues.

Salary and benefit package are competitive with the Mid Atlantic region.
