East Rutherford, NJ — Friday (Oct. 12) marks the return of live harness racing at Meadowlands Racing & Entertainment and fans can watch the world’s greatest racing while dining on delicious Italian food in Pink.

The buffet is $29.95 and features all the classic Italian dishes. Guests can start their night with minestrone genovese, garlic focaccia, and fresh mozzarella and tomato. Buffet entrees include crispy garlic chicken, pork chop murphy with hot cherry peppers, fresh cod al’Livornese and carved garlic herb steak.

Executive Chef Dennis Sammarone is also making rigatoni with meatballs using his family’s recipe that dates back over 100 years. Assorted Italian desserts round out the tantalizing meal.
