Vernon, NY – Mask On Mask Off and driver Jimmy Whittemore captured the featured $7,500 pace on Saturday (April 26) at Vernon Downs.

Aces Or Bettor (Justin Huckabone) went straight to the front. Fess Up N (Chris long) wrestled the lead away just before hitting the quarter first in :27. He used a :28.2 second quarter and led to the half in :55.2.
Aces Or Bettor popped out of the pocket and battled for the lead going around the final turn. Fess Up N made it to three-quarters first in 1:24.1.
As they reached the stretch, Mask On Mask Off ($9.60) made his move going three-wide. All three battled all the way down the stretch. Mask On Mask Off used a late burst to get the win in 1:55. Fess Up N had to settle for second money. Aces Or Bettor finished third.
Mask On Mask Off is a 6-year-old gelding by Always B Miki. He is owned by Glasser Racing and trained by Whittemore. It was his first win in 2025, He now has 13 career victories.
