Nominations for Quillen Pace must be postmarked by April 17

from the Hambletonian Society

Cranbury, NJ — Sustaining payments for races serviced by the Hambletonian Society that are due April 15 must be postmarked by 12:00 midnight on Tuesday, April 17 (as per USTA Rule 12:, sec. 4):

“… Whenever a nomination or sustaining payment in a stake, futurity, early closing race or late closing race becomes payable on a Sunday or legal holiday that falls on Saturday, such payment is to be due on the following Monday and if made by mail, the envelope must be postmarked on or before the following Tuesday.”

2-Year-Old Payments

Breeders Crown — $500 ***
Matron Series — $400 ##
Kentuckiana Stallion Management Filly Pace — $300 ***
Kentuckiana Stallion Management Filly Trot — $300 ***

3-Year-Old Payments

Breeders Crown — $900 ***
Matron Series — $750 ***
Monticello Series — $2,000 for colts & geldings; $1,000 for fillies ***

Open Payments

The inaugural Bobby Quillen Memorial — $1,000 nomination.

This is the first and only payment required, other than the $2,500 starting fee, for the Bobby Quillen Open Pace for 3-year-old and older pacers at Harrington Raceway on October 22. $300,000 estimated.

Monticello Series — $2,000 for horses & geldings; $1,500 for mares ***

Races denoted by *** needed payments to be made on February 15 & March 15.

Races denoted by ## needed to have a March 15 payment made.
