Payments due in Florida

Pompano Beach, FL — Yearling nominations for the Florida Breeders Stake, Sunshine State Stake and the Florida Stallion Stake are due on May 15, 2008.

Yearlings must be registered with the USTA and a copy of their registration certificate must accompany the nomination form and payment. If a copy is not enclosed, late fees will be levied.

Also, sustaining payments for 2-year-olds (Florida Breeders Stake, Sunshine State Stake, Florida Sale Stake and Florida Stallion Stake) and 3-year-olds (Florida Breeders Stake) are also due on May 15, 2008.

Nomination and sustaining payment forms are available at the Florida Standardbred Breeders and Owners Association office or are available for downloading at the FSBOA Web site: www.flstandardbreds.com.

Also, nomination forms for two late closing series are also available on the FSBOA Web site. Nominations for the Gator and the Orange Blossom (formerly the Seminole) Pacing Series for Florida-bred 2-year-olds close on June 2, 2008.
