World famous French trotting stallion Ready Cash died Tuesday evening (Aug. 8) at the Haras de Bouttemont from colic.
Ready Cash, born in 2005, was a winner at the track and in the barn.
He raced 70 times, won 40 races, among those twice in the Prix d’Amerique and had earnings of 4,282,300 Euro.
His first crop was born in 2010 and Ready Cash has been the French stallion champion since 2016. He’s the sire of top trotters like Bold Eagle, Face Time Bourbon, Readly Express, and Bird Parker in Europe and in the States, Back Of The Neck 1:51s ($1,463,733) and Ready For Moni 4,1:50.3 ($1,204,068).
Ready Cash and his sons have made a big impact on the breeding scene in Europe and so have his daughters, with foals like the French Hohneck, the winner of the Elitlopp in 2023, Sweden’s San Moteur and in the States, Cuatro De Julio.
Ready Cash was owned by the French trainer Philippe Allaire, who also stood him as a stallion at his Haras de Bouttemont in Normandy.
