Columbus, OH — The U.S. Trotting Association is making its annual solicitation for proposals for changes to the USTA rules, that will be reviewed by the various District Boards and the full Board of Directors at its annual meeting.

For proposed rules changes, please include the following:

• Name of person requesting the change
• Reason for the change
• Supporting information and statistics where appropriate
• A detailed explanation of the proposal
• Specific wording for the rule change proposal, if possible
