Columbus, OH – The U.S. Trotting Association (USTA) will offer a 16-hour Continuing Education (CE) seminar for accredited racing officials on Sunday (Nov. 22) and Monday (Nov. 23) at Hollywood Casino at The Meadows in Washington, PA.

The two-day program will get underway at 9 a.m. Sunday and continue through Monday afternoon. The seminar is open to individuals who have completed the Racing Officials Accreditation Program (ROAP) full 60-hour school and will provide the continuing education hours required to maintain ROAP accreditation.
Current ROAP-accredited harness officials who are also current USTA members or licensees may attend at no charge. The registration fee for all other eligible participants is $125 and is due at the time of registration.

Participants are responsible for their own lodging and meals. Information regarding nearby accommodations is available through the Meadows Harness Racing website.
The seminar will cover current industry and the ROAP Continuing Education Points of Emphasis, which outline key areas of focus for continuing education programs for accredited racing officials.
