Yonkers, NY — The National Thoroughbred Racing Association (NTRA) recently conducted two useful webinars regarding the federal programs contained in the CARES Act designed to provide relief to small businesses during the COVID-19 outbreak.

The webinars focused on the racing industry, with particular attention to the potential relief for trainers, including loans under the Payroll Protection Program (PPP) which provides loans which have the potential to be converted into outright grants provided that the proceeds are used for the appropriate specified purposes.
