WSA appoints Steven Wolf to its Board of Directors

Pahrump, NV — This week the Board of Western Standardbred Alliance, Inc. (“WSA”) appointed Steven Wolf to the Board of Directors.

Wolf is the Director of North American and European Operations for Harnesslink.com and oversees story placement, editing, and writing. He was inducted in 2019 to the Harness Racing Hall of Fame as a Communicator, is also a former president and lifelong member of the United States Harness Writers Association and is on the Hall of Fame Screening Committee that helps select the Hall of Famers.

Along with his many talents, Wolf has served as Senior Director of Racing Operations at the Isle Casino and Racing and was Chairman of the Greater Pompano Beach Chamber of Commerce. He is currently a Board of Trustee with a 501c3, Pompano Has Heart, which raises funds and commodities for disaster areas in Pompano Beach, Fla., and abroad.

We see him as a positive force in the lives of students, business owners, the Standardbred industry, and countless others.

Wolf is a masterful storyteller and has a deep knowledge of the Standardbred industry. We look forward to him bringing his wisdom and passion for the harness racing industry to WSA.

WSA is a Nevada, for profit, C Corporation that was formed to help develop the Standardbred industry. The company is a development partner with the Nevada Standardbred Association (“NVSA”) on the planned first pari-mutuel harness racing facility ever in Nevada. Located about an hour from the Las Vegas Strip, Pahrump, a rural bedroom community, is in Nye County, the third largest contiguous county in the United States. WSA is currently raising funds through use of the Jumpstart our Business Startups (JOBS) Act, which we will leverage tax benefits through for Accredited Investors through our subsidiary (LLC) portfolios while limiting liability. Investment in our portfolios help to enable development, operations, and more in the Standardbred industry.
