Warrawee Yang completes Brennan Series sweep
Warrawee Yang finished off a sweep of this year’s edition of the John Brennan Trotting Series at MGM Yonkers Raceway by winning Thursday night’s (May 2) $78,000 final in 1:55.2. This was Warrawee Yang’s eighth consecutive victory overall.
Howlenthehills wins Paul Revere Pace at Plainridge
After missing a week due to illness, Howlenthehills bounced back and picked up right where he left off by continuing his win streak with a lifetime-best 1:51.1 score in the $100,000 Paul Revere Pace, for 3-year-olds, at Plainridge Park on Thursday afternoon (May 2).

Shooting Brooke ($4.20) was the dominant damsel in Buffalo Raceway’s $10,400 pace for the ladies on Wednesday afternoon (May 1) as she posted a convincing 4-1/4-length win over Manasquan Beach in a seasonal best 1:54.2.

Michael Casalino and Dylan Davis’ Majorca ($3.60, Corey Callahan) notched her second straight win in the $22,500 Mares Open Tuesday (April 30) at Harrington Raceway in 1:53.2.
Beckwith grand slams again at Plainridge
North America’s second-leading dash driver was at it again on Tuesday (April 30) at Plainridge Park. After winning four races on the Monday (April 29) card, Brett Beckwith bounced right back with another grand slam performance to push his meet-leading win total to 24.
Benjamin Hanover sets 1:51.2 Philly record
Benjamin Hanover put his name in the Harrah’s Philadelphia track record books on Thursday (April 25) with a 1:51.2 score, knocking three-fifths of a second from the local divisional standard for 4-year-old trotting geldings held by Scirocco Rob since 2019.
