The three-year-old trotting filly Heart Matters trotted in 2:00.3 at the Bedford County Fairgrounds in this southcentral Pennsylvania city on Friday (July 22) during Pennsylvania Fair Sire Stakes action, altering the divisional record and coming within a fifth of the local all-age trotting standard.
“Quest for the Governor’s Cup” featured at Elkhart County 4-H Fair
The Indiana fair circuit moves north this weekend as the “Quest for the Governor’s Cup” enters round 10. The Elkhart County 4-H Fair in Goshen, IN, will host a trio of programs beginning with a 13-race card Saturday (July 23). Action continues Monday (July 25) with a seven-race program, and eight contests are slated for Tuesday (July 26). Racing kicks off at 11 a.m. each day.
