Top point winners at Pa Fairs announced
It is part of Pennsylvania Fair Sire Stakes tradition that the horse accumulating the most points based on order of finish (“A” division races) at the 19 stops on the circuit be awarded a special blanket noting the achievement, and made with the stable colors, at the Pennsylvania Fair Banquet, held in conjunction with the USTA District 7 (Pennsylvania) meeting.
