Fearless Partners ties track record in NYSS at Batavia Downs
Although winless in the New York Sire Stakes in six previous attempts this year, Fearless Partners (American Ideal-No Fear Dear) was not only able to taste victory for the first time in the series by winning his $58,000 division at Batavia Downs on Saturday (Aug. 22) night, he put an exclamation mark on his effort by tying the track record for 3-year-old pacing geldings in the process.
Final NYSS action of the season at Monticello
On Monday (Aug. 24), the curtain falls on the 2026 New York Sire Stakes season at Monticello Raceway when 3-year-old trotting colts and geldings close out the season. There will be two dashes of sires stakes and one division of the $20,000 Excelsior Series.
